Dr. Joseph Minervini
Dr. Minervini has been a dedicated dentist since 1984, following his dental education at Rutgers University. He has established and maintained meaningful connections with patients throughout the Kearny Community and continues to serve alongside Dr. Sahni.
Dr. Minervini continues to maintain the highest levels of care as he has over the past 40 years.
Outside of Dentistry, Dr. Minervini enjoys traveling and hiking with his wife, Julianne.
Isabela
Office Manager
Isabela is an Office Manager with over 5 years of experience in healthcare administration and patient coordination. She’s the person everyone counts on to keep things running smoothly.
From managing daily operations to making sure patients feel welcomed and cared for, she brings organization, efficiency, and heart to everything she does. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Isabela loves connecting with patients and teams alike.
When she’s not holding the office together, you’ll find her spending time with friends and family, hiking, or relaxing with a good book, always bringing positive energy wherever she goes!
Ramona
Licensed Dental Hygienist
Ramona is a licensed dental hygienist with over 30 years of experience. She received her Associate’s in Allied Health from Bergen Community College and became a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1991, later earning her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Kean University in 2014.
Known for her gentle, compassionate approach, Ramona helps patients feel comfortable and confident in their oral health. She takes time to listen, explain each step, and tailor care to each individual, creating a calm, judgment-free environment. She loves her work because it allows her to build trust, support patient comfort, and guide people toward lasting oral health and confidence.
When she is not working, Ramona enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Lauren
Licensed Dental Hygienist
Lauren began her career in dentistry in high school and started working for Kearny Dental as a chairside assistant. After a few years away from the practice to pursue her degree in Dental Hygiene, Lauren began working here as a hygienist in 2008.
Since then, she has connected with our patients on a personal level and enjoys building those relationships and keeping patients comfortable during their appointments.
When not practicing dental hygiene, Lauren can be found reading, cooking, or at different sporting events, cheering on her children!
Monika
Licensed Dental Hygienist
Monika treats all her patients with kindness, respect, and care. Her soft hands and calm demeanor make even the most anxious patients feel at ease when she is treating them.
When she is not working, Monika enjoys spending time outdoors. She can be found with friends, family, and her dogs.
Analucila
Dental Assistant
Analucila is a dedicated dental assistant with over 10 years of experience in the dental field. Having grown up in Kearny, she is proud to serve the same community she calls home and enjoys building lasting relationships with patients and their families.
Known for being friendly, empathetic, and detail-oriented. Her experience allows her to anticipate patient needs and help create a positive and welcoming environment in the office.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three children. In her free time, she loves exploring new places and going on family trips, creating lasting memories with her family.
