We are proud to be in-network providers for Delta Dental and Aetna. For patients with other PPO plans, we are happy to accept and file out-of-network benefits on your behalf to help you maximize your coverage. Our team is dedicated to making your dental care affordable and will provide a detailed estimate of your benefits before any treatment begins. We also offer an in-house membership plan, and provide flexible financing options that fit your budget.

What happens if I miss an appointment?

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We value your time and kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice should you need to reschedule. This allows us to offer that opening to another patient who may be in need of urgent care.

While we understand that true emergencies happen, please note that a $100 fee will be applied to no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us serve all our patients better.

CareCredit and Cherry are flexible financing options that help make dental care more affordable at Kearny Dental Associates. They are designed specifically for healthcare expenses and can be used for a wide range of treatments, including preventive care, restorative dentistry, orthodontics, Invisalign, cosmetic procedures, and dental implants.

Both options offer convenient payment plans, including promotional financing and extended payment options, allowing you to receive the care you need while spreading the cost over time. Our team is happy to help you determine which option is the best fit for your needs and budget.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept most dental insurance plans for your convenience and are happy to submit your claims.

We are also pleased to accept cash, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and CareCredit and Cherry. For major treatments, our team will work with you to develop a payment plan.

At Kearny Dental Associates, we recognize that some of our valued patients do not carry dental insurance. We're pleased to offer an in-house membership plan, so you and your family can access quality dental care at a reduced price.

For one low flat fee of $599.99, you can cover your two dental exams, two cleanings, and necessary x-rays, as well as one emergency visit for the whole year (from sign-up date). Patients who have enrolled in the in-house plan also receive 15% off on necessary treatment (whitening and veneers excluded). Our in-house membership plan is more affordable than most traditional insurance plans and offers many additional benefits without a waiting period, pre-authorizations, deductibles, copays, or yearly maximums!
